Hailee Voegelin

With extensive policy experience across government and academia, Hailee has a systematic understanding of climate change science, policy, and management. She supports organizations as they advance strategies and disclosures on their pathway to decarbonization.

Prior to Manifest Climate, Hailee worked with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada on the Environmental Petitions team addressing sustainable development challenges across Canada. She also has several years of experience in Canadian federal and provincial governments. Her work included researching and analyzing international, national, and regional climate-related policy development, with a particular focus on national emission reduction targets and identification of emission reduction pathways.

Hailee holds a Master of Climate Change from the University of Waterloo. She also holds a BA in Political Science with a Global Governance specialization, and International Studies and Public Policy minors.
