Jeff Horlor
Head of Sales, Climate Strategist
Jeff helps financial institutions become climate resilient by integrating climate-related risks and opportunities into their business operations, investment strategies and risk management, as well as assisting with TCFD-aligned disclosures. Jeff is an active member of the CFA UK's Climate and Investing panel.
After graduating from Dalhousie University's Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) co-op program, where he majored in Finance, Jeff started his career in hedge fund administration working as an Operations Analyst. In this role, he helped clients with enhanced fund accounting and reporting in the aftermath of the financial crisis.
Prior to joining Manifest, Jeff worked at Responsible Investor, a UK-based financial news company focused on sustainable finance and investment. As a Senior Account Manager, Jeff was responsible for managing client relationships and assisting some of the world's largest asset managers, index and research providers in marketing their ESG and sustainable investing strategies to the institutional investment community.
He brings over 9 years of experience working in the financial services sector.
