Mantle314 Rebrands to Manifest Climate

February 4, 2021

Today we are delighted to announce that Mantle314 is now Manifest Climate.

The Story Behind the Rebrand

We started Mantle314 to bring an interdisciplinary view to the climate crisis, to create a platform for our team to do great work and to help translate climate change for business through advisory services. We’ve always set out to think differently; to be innovative and support pragmatic solutions for our clients to thrive in a climate-adjusted future. Knowing this, one year ago our CEO & Co-Founder Laura Zizzo joined forces with Jeremy Greven, a veteran technology entrepreneur, to scale our climate insights through unique and data-driven software. We began building a technology platform that helps businesses navigate the risks and opportunities of climate change, and to empower climate-smart decision making. Today we are doubling down on our commitment towards maximizing our impact by rebranding as Manifest Climate.

Our new brand reflects our position as providers of climate-related management solutions. We will continue to provide leading climate advisory services while utilizing technology to help organize climate data and benchmark industry trends. The new name reflects our identity as a translator of climate-related information for business. We provide insights and help our clients become confident in their ability to understand climate change, its impact on their business and how to thrive in a climate-adjusted economy.

Since we began this journey five years ago, Mantle314 has provided a multidisciplinary approach to address clients’ climate risks and opportunities. Our team includes lawyers, engineers, financial professionals and climate change experts. In the past year, as we grew into Manifest Climate, our team expanded to include data scientists, software developers, design thinkers and more. And we are continuing to grow our expertise. Our Offering

Over the last five years, our consultancy practice has been very successful. As our clients’ needs have evolved, so has our business. Today, there is unprecedented pressure to disclose climate change-related financial risks and opportunities. Our revolutionary platform, set to launch in the spring, will help businesses understand what climate change means for them. Specifically, it will help them organize and communicate their approach to climate-related risk and opportunities, aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and other leading frameworks.

Every organization, large or small, has relevant climate-related financial risks and opportunities. Capital markets are demanding more climate transparency and smart organizations will respond with consistent climate narratives across their governance, management and disclosures. Many businesses are already managing these climate risks and opportunities, but may not be thinking of them—or disclosing them—through a climate lens. Manifest gathers these disparate pieces of information, such as public reports, peer tracking, industry trends and other user inputs to inform strategy, develop concise and integrated reports, craft public disclosures, and build clear and effective internal communications. Mantle Developments

That’s not all the news we have. Our construction division will now operate as a stand-alone company known as Mantle Developments. Ryan Zizzo, Co-Founder of Mantle314, will lead the new firm. Mantle Developments will help companies develop clear and actionable strategies for real property developers and managers to tackle embodied carbon and turn their projects into resilient, low-carbon models for the future. Manifest and Mantle Developments will cross-pollinate and look for opportunities to work together. We will continue to collaborate as an interdisciplinary network that brings deep and wide climate knowledge to our clients. To sign up for Mantle Developments’ newsletter, click here.
